Adila Parambil

Speech-Language Pathologist

Adila is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with over 8 years of clinical  experience working with children and families with diverse communication,  developmental, and hearing needs. She follows an evidence-based, individualized  approach to assessment and intervention. 

Her clinical expertise includes Autism Spectrum Disorder, cerebral palsy, child  communication disorders, language and communication delays, apraxia, fluency,  articulation, and hearing-related communication difficulties. She is also experienced in  supporting adults with aphasia and dysarthria. She is trained in AAC (Avaz) and Oral  Placement Therapy (OPT), strengthening her commitment to evidence-based clinical  practice. 

She believes in a child-centered, family-focused approach, working collaboratively with  families and multidisciplinary teams to develop meaningful goals and support each  client’s communication potential.

Beyond her professional skills, she brings the warmth and patience of a mother, naturally engaging with children and easing their anxieties in clinical settings. Her holistic approach emphasizes not only medical care but also emotional support, allowing children and families to feel safe, heard, and reassured.
