Ms. Chelo Gagarin

Senior ABA Therapist

Ms. Chelo Gagarin brings over two decades of dedicated experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supporting children with diverse developmental needs in both Manila and Dubai. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, 33 master’s units in Child Study from the Philippine Normal University, and certifications as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and ongoing International Behavior Analyst (IBA) candidate, she blends academic rigor with compassionate practice. At SHINE CDC, Chelo empowers children to overcome challenges, build essential skills, and gain confidence and independence in their daily lives.

Personal Experience:

Chelo’s journey into ABA was inspired by her deep desire to help children unlock their ability to learn, connect, and succeed. Over the past 22 years, she has worked extensively with children with Autism, ADD, ADHD, speech and language delays, and Global Developmental Delays. Her approach is evidence-based yet deeply personal, rooted in empathy and the belief that every child has the potential to thrive when given the right tools and support. At SHINE CDC, she collaborates closely with families, educators, and clinical teams to design individualized programs that foster communication, social, and life skills. Beyond her clinical work, Chelo remains committed to professional growth, staying current with the latest ABA research to provide effective and impactful care. Her mission is to bring hope, progress, and empowerment to every child and family she serves.
